Set up the gift and guest book tables and any accompanying pictures
Coordinating Bridal Party announcement with the DJ
Organizing the line up of all parties participating in the Grand Entrance
Coordinating ends at this time, as the DJ becomes the Master of Ceremonies
of your reception, operating under the timeline that you and your caterer/banquet
manager have predetermined. All announcements of any activities, such as the
dismissal of the tables to the buffets, if applicable, toasts, bouquet toss,
cake cutting, special dances, etc. will be made by the DJ in accordance to your
timeline. Your caterer should oversee cake cutting and service.
