Organizing the line up of all parties participating in the announcement
Overseeing all activities at the reception such as, organized dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, cake cutting
Supervising the timeline you and your Caterer / Banquet Captain have predetermined and coordinating with them
See that beverage service is provided to the bride and groom and their wedding participants while waiting to be announced at the Grand Entrance, providing there is a No Host bar
Directing guests from ceremony to cocktail hour
Hostessing guests to the gift tables, guest book/photo to be signed, procedures for attaining cocktails and hord'oeuvres.
Help the bride and groom in any way to ensure a smooth flow of festivities
Coordinating with your pre-assigned gift attendant when and where at the wedding and reception to accept gifts. (Please note: Elements of Style is not responsible for the transportation or storage of any gifts brought by the guests)
Coordinating with the photographer to see that wedding participants are available for photos
Some churches have their own Coordinators and insist on using them only
Extensive decorating is a separate charge and will be determined prior to wedding
Are inclusive only when Elements of Style is providing all florals; ceremony, reception, and personals to the wedding.
